At Albie Hire, we know that our commitment to providing robust service and support is key to our trade.
Our service and support starts with our meticulous approach to pre-hire vehicle preparation and service. All our machines are inspected before being hired and everything checked at each machine service, in line with the manufacturers’ recommendations.
We can tailor a service and support level for you as part of your hire package. If it’s a time sensitive solution you need, then we can provide 24/7 service support or we can tailor a solution for you based on the working week. Once an issue has been diagnosed by our trained service engineers, we will if possible aim to fix there and then on site, minimising any disruption or we will arrange to return the machine to our fully equipped workshops.
Once we have agreed a time period for the repair, any hire charges will be waived if we go over that period, until your machine is back with you and working or, dependant on your service level, we could offer you a replacement machine.
We’ve had years of experience with loading and scrap handling equipment, and the extreme working conditions that these machines operate in, so it’s no surprise that we know where problems can occur and how to quickly fix them.
Health & Safety
Albie Hire takes both your, and our health and safety seriously. All our staff, where operators are required, are skilled, suitably trained and have the relevant experience to get things moving, safely.
When it comes to your own site health & safety, we understand that different companies have their own specifications, so we can modify our machines to suit. We can supply all tyres of guards, reverse alarms, cameras, mirrors and whatever else is specified.
